Franklin Method is an imagery based movement modality. Rather than focusing on a specific set of exercises, we use the “toolbox” to invite your brain into your movement experience. The mind is powerful: when it joins the conversation, everything changes. Learn how you can work with Mindful Mobility and experience healthy movement by harnessing the power of the mind.

Online Programs

Online Programs are centered around a particular subject/anatomical area. They are anything from a one-day introductory workshop to a multi-week deep dive; You will walk away with a better understanding of the "how" and "why" behind your body and it's function.

 

Struggling with something specific? Chances are, there's an online program for it. From the comfort of your own home, you'll have access to a treasure trove of knowledge to upgrade your life at your own pace.

Private Coaching

Whether you are dealing with a specific issue or just want to improve the function of your body, private coaching offers a customized experience to meet your unique needs! We will open up the Franklin Method toolbox and learn how to use Imagery, Self-talk, Proprioception and Anatomical Awareness to deepen your physical and mental acumen through movement.

 

These sessions are customized to you: we will collaborate to discover where your body personally needs support, and set forth together on a journey towards embodiment and freedom!

In-Person Workshops

Workshops are the perfect introduction to the Franklin Method: what it is, and how it’s taught. They're a great way to get a quick “upgrade” in a specific area of need or curiosity. You will walk away with tips and tricks you can incorporate into your daily life immediately and begin reaping the benefits of a Franklin Method practice.
